The company
Three decades of buy-side software, one owner-backed company
NeoXam was created in Paris in 2014, when founder Serge Delpla carved the GP accounting and Decalog portfolio-management businesses out of SunGard — a lineage of 35 years operating clients' most critical investment workflows.
The portfolio grew through acquisitions: SmartCo in 2015 (the origin of DataHub), 100M in 2019 (analytics and reporting), and EZOPS in 2024 — the AI-powered reconciliation technology behind NeoXam Aro.
Since 2023, the global investment company Eurazeo has been NeoXam's majority shareholder, with an investment of up to €100 million alongside the founder and the management team.
Today, more than 150 institutions run their data management, portfolio management, accounting and reporting on NeoXam platforms, covering €25 trillion in assets — with 750+ employees across 21 offices worldwide.
