Can't log in to NeoXam Agents

What to check when the magic link doesn't arrive, the link fails, or you sign in and see nothing.

Symptoms

The sign-in email never arrives; the link errors or says it expired; you can sign in but see no agents — or fewer than you expect.

Likely causes

Most sign-in problems come down to one of four things: a corporate mail filter quarantining the sign-in email; an expired or already-used link (links are single-use); an account that has not been provisioned for your organization; or a missing role — agents are role-gated, so an account without the right role sees an empty or reduced Catalog.

What to try

  1. Check your spam or quarantine folder for the sign-in email, and ask IT to allow the sender domain if it was filtered.
  2. Request a fresh link from chat.neoxam.ai — old links are invalid once used or expired.
  3. Confirm you are entering the work email your administrator provisioned, not a personal address.
  4. If you can sign in but an agent is missing, ask your workspace administrator to check your roles (for example ARO_ANALYST for the reconciliation investigator).
  5. If your organization uses SSO (Beta), confirm with your identity-provider admin that you are in the right group before retrying.
